PAL is published by Dilé Baptiste, a private individual acting outside any professional activity. The site is free, without advertising and without any commercial activity.

Contact: baptiste.dile@gmail.com. It is the only address to use for any request — legal, technical, or about your data.

Under article 6-III-2 of the French law on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), the publisher, a non-professional individual, does not publish a postal address; their details are held by the host, which may disclose them to the judicial authorities.

Accounts, the database and cover photos are hosted by Supabase, Inc. (privacy@supabase.com), on servers located in the European Union.

Intellectual property

• The site — its code, texts and layout — is the publisher’s work.
• Covers, summaries and bibliographic information come from the Google Books API and the catalogue of the Bibliothèque nationale de France. They remain the property of their respective owners.
• What you write — reviews, ratings, saved quotes, messages — remains yours. PAL only shows it to the people you allow, and deletes it with your account. See the terms of use.
